Any time someone lands on my blog by typing a search request— I always take notice. A person could be doing research, but something tells me this search was a cry for help. If there is anything I can write to help, I will.
The search request was: “I feel so much negative energy. I do not want it.”
I have provided strategies on how to avoid negativity, but this request demands more of an elimination of negativity versus thwarting it. This person is consumed by the energies of negativity.
The power of negativity is just as powerful as positivity, and easier to attract.
With so much going on in the world, and the negative people in our lives: There is negativity on the train, the job, and our families. It is very easy to get caught up in the energy and cycle of the negative.
Take a look at your relationship. Most likely it is bringing pain, hurt, cynicism, resentment and judgment to your life. If your emotional and self investment is causing you much pain, you must consider how much more are you willing to pay for your pain.
Borrow the DVD from a library or buy “The Secret”. It is life changing. Watch it again and again until you absorb as much as you can.
Change your way of thinking. It will be a force, (not hard) but you can do it. Whenever you have a negative thought, think of a solution to resolve it. Do not run from it or avoid it. Deal with it head on, and use your best skill to solve it. Everyone has a talent or something they are good at. Use your best skill to attack the problem, and when you do, take the time to acknowledge your accomplishment.
Begin loving yourself by reading, “In The Meantime” by Iyanla Vanzant. It takes you on the journey of self love.
Know that you are not alone. No one ever is.
Borrow from the library, “177 Mental Toughness Secrets of the World Class” by Steven Siebold, or buy it. Read a passage everyday.
Become keenly aware of the negativity in your life. Clean house. Clean out. Purge. Toss!
Clean your physical house. Give it a face lift. The home is your core. You need it clear and free just to think.
“Fear is only an illusion”. The only thing to fear is fear itself. “40% of what you worry about will never happen; 30% of what you worry about or fear are things that happened in the past and can’t be changed; 10% of what we worry about are considered by most to be insignificant issues; 12% of what we worry about are issues about our health that will not happen. This means that 92% of what we fear or worry about will never take place.” http://www.fearofstuff.com/featured/fears-amazing-statistics/
Recognize negativity when it is coming at you. Repel it with a logical positive thought. Do not engage. Walk away. You are trying to remove negativity. Do not participate in conversations where folk are complaining, whining, and gossiping. “Ain’t nobody got time for that!”
Watch as little news as possible. It puts fear in the hearts of people. Unless you can watch it with a filter of understanding, know that someone will always talk about the news. You can be informed, but you do not have to be consumed by it.
Mind over matter is real. I have seen folk healed of cancer. I have seen a mother lift a car off her child. Research miracles in the lives of others! If folk can overcome death and disease, you can overcome negativity! http://miraclestories.com/category/healingmiraclesstories/
The mind is powerful. Become acquainted with yours. Program it to consider options to every situation. Train it to mentally pursue options. It will reward you again and again.
Trust in the Spiritual powers. Whatever your belief system is, begin to believe again.
Adopt gratitude. Be thankful for every morning you wake up. Expect something good to happen to you. Look for it. Goodness comes in the oddest ways: finding a dollar on the street: someone smiles at you while saying hello: or someone gives you a piece of candy or a hug. Look for goodness. Take it a day at a time.
Whenever you receive goodness, always pay it forward. You must always give back to the cycle of plenty in order to live a life free of scarcity.

May you enjoy your life by removing all the negativity from your life!
Thank you for this POSITIVE piece! Whomever created “I feel so much negative energy. I do not want it.” I hope they were able to read your blog, as this was very powerful and informative.
When we change our thought process (from negative) we change our live, (to positive).
It takes but one positive thought when given a chance to survive and thrive to overpower an entire army of negative thoughts.
